Totally recommend working one-on-one with Kristin as well as attending workshops at Food Therapy. I've done both! Kristin and I worked on tailoring an easy and healthy diet for my body, she then took me grocery shopping and gave me a tour of Wholefoods in sections I've always avoided in the past. Back at home she taught me to cook several delicious and easy dinners and snacks, that me and my whole family love. All dishes in our case are wheat/dairy and sugar free.

My October 2008 physical revealed high cholesterol and hypertension. Not wanting to go on medication, I enrolled in Food Therapy’s individual nutrition program.
