Food Therapy - Transform Your Relationship with Food

FAQ:

What is a Nutrition Consultant & Coach?

A Nutrition Consultant and Coach has many roles:

  • The Nutrition Educator will teach the nuts and bolts of nutrition to preparing healthy meals & grocery shopping.

  • The Nutrition Consultant will offer guidance tailored to your needs using a detailed health history, diet/health journal and often lab testing. The Nutrition Consultant offers custom solutions as each person has a unique biochemistry, genetics, lifestyle, environment and outlook on life.

  • The Nutrition Coach will facilitate goal setting and then help break the process into chunks so it does not become overwhelming. The Coach will give reinforcement, hold you accountable, and coach you through your process.

As a Nutrition Consultant and Coach, I will help you identify your current health status, discuss your health history, and then help you define goals for your best possible health.   One step at a time, I will give you all the tools, education, support, and guidance you need to soon bridge the gap between where you currently are at and where you want to be.
